I would like to compliment you on the great service and trip that you had planned for the Fides Group. All the places we visited were well planned out. I think the highlight for me was both the deWildt Cheetah Farm, where the hospitality was exceptional, as we say in the Dutch language it was gezellig!! And the trip to the Pilanesberg Reserve was also wonderful and we saw quite a few animals.
Elsabe was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and passionate about telling others about her country. I cannot say enough good things about her.
Ronnie also was the BEST...we felt safe along with the contents we left on the bus. It was great to get to know these two people, they must be a wonderful addtion to your staff.
Thank you again for planning this trip. I would highly recommend your company to anyone going to South Africa. What a beautiful country!!!

Back to base in Holland - alas!
It was a magnificent tour. The Namakwaland flowers were splendid and the journey through Namibia full of highlights: the deserts (Namib and Kalahari), the heat!, the dunes, and the animals in Etosha.
The way in which our guide conducted the tour and called our attention to birds, plants and animals, left an unforgettable impression.
The lodges and the meals were perfect.
The hike through the Fish River Canyon and the 4x4 trip were unique.
All in all, a very successful tour.

Back home after a fantastic (selfdrive) tour through South Africa and a little bit of Namibia.

The organization of the tour was perfect in every detail.
The accommodations were good and it was lovely to be welcomed and even spoilt!
Keer Weder was an absolute topper: the position of the lodge, the warm welcome, delicious food, no electricity; and baboons, hyena's and other animals freely roaming around the house. At night a glass of wine by the light of oil lanterns, with the sounds of crickets and hippo's in the background, the early morning walk with the guide to the river to see the animals - fantastic!
We also appreciated the slideshow by Hanneke du Preez, explaining the many different cultures, and the will of South Africans of all races and colours to try and live in peace and harmony with each other.

Normally I travel on my own. This is the first time that I joined a group tour, and I am glad that I did. I have learnt a lot from this tour. I realize that in 2½ weeks one can only get a first impression of your fascinating country - therefore I will be back!
